Many of the MSS at Jamnagar's GAU are 20th century copies made in connection with the Caraka translation project of the 1940s directed by P. M. Mehta. The present MS is one of these. Written on foolscap paper in a modern hand. This MS is an apograph of MS Madras GOML R.5485.
