Country paper medium thick, rough and greyish. Devanāgarī characters. Handwriting bold, clear, and uniform. Borders ruled with double black lines. Text in the centre with comm. above and below it. Ms. divided into 10 ullāsas. The original verses of Śaṅkarācārya (dakṣiṇāmūrtistotra) are also given on the central part of the fol. followed by the verses of Mānasollāsa which form a comm. on these.
