I have studied Classical Indology and Tibetology at the Uni Hamburg and completed my PhD there in 2017 with a study of Sanskrit commentaries on mahaakaavya-, those on the Kiraataarjuniiya in particular. Since then, I've been working as a lecturer at the Uni Kyoto. My current interests belong to the fields of the alamkaara"saastra, nyaaya and vyaakara.na (with the focus on the navya- varieties of all three).
