Country paper thick, smooth and dark grey. Devanāgarī Characters; handwriting bold, uniform and clear. Borders ruled with two black lines enclosing a red one. Punctuation marks, beginning and end in red. This work is divided into eight chapters according to the scribe’s computation (see colophons given below), but after the 5th chapter we find the 7th, not the 6th. This Ms. is different from the Nārāyaṇasārasaṅgraha (No 326 of 1887-91) although dealing with the five Vaiṣṇava saṃskāras in connection with the glorification of the Lord’s name.
