Country paper, thin, smooth and dark grey; Devanāgarī characters; handwriting medium, clear and uniform; pṛṣṭhamātrā-s indifferently used; a diamond-shaped blank space left in the centre of each fol.; borders ruled with two spaced double black lines; red ink used for sectional colophons; additions and notes in the margin; yellow pigment used for textual corrections. Appears very old.
