Modern paper, waterlined, thick, rough and discolored. Devanāgarī characters. Handwriting bold, clear and uniform. Ms. in book-form, stitched at back. First fol. missing. Verse numbers enclosed within double red bars. Ms. contains 105 verses, in very corrupt language, dealing with bhakti in the form of a dialogue between Arjuna and Śrī Kṛṣṇa, and is incomplete. The last 3 verses enjoin in the usual style the preservation of the ms. from oil, water, fire, etc. Modern.
