Country paper, thin, rough, and grey. Devanāgarī characters; handwriting medium, small, clear and uniform. Borders ruled with double black lines. Red chalk smears on original text of Ānandatīrtha quoted in the Vivaraṇa. A few leaves colored with yellow pigment. Foll. 3, 6, 8 are without margins and are of a different make altogether, being thicker and more creamy, and indicate later replacement of original foll. lost.
